By accessing and using InnFlow ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of InnFlow per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in InnFlow
• • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

InnFlow provides AI-powered guest communication management for hotels and hospitality businesses. Our service includes but is not limited to:

• • AI-powered reply suggestions
• • Guest communication analytics
• • Multi-channel integration (email, SMS, WhatsApp)

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InnFlow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use InnFlow, even if InnFlow or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use InnFlow will cease immediately.
